We were overwhelmed as new homeowners and reached out to our community for recommendations. Chip worked us into his schedule to ensure that we were not going to cook in our home. He showed up with a smile and was confident that he will get us up and running. He delivered on that promise 100%. He was able to identify the issue and had the necessary tools and parts we needed.

Chip and his team are the best HVAC professionals I have worked with. They respond quickly and are exceptionally knowledgeable. Chip excels at listening to the customer and identifying the customer’s needs. He focuses on honesty, integrity, and quality work - which is rare these days. The work is excellent and very fairly priced. Chip’s goal is to develop a relationship with the customer, and not just quickly fix an issue and disappear.
